How to check in?
Prior to your arrival we will send you a pre-check-in link. That way you can register and we will email you your guest card in time. Further we will send you a code for our key safe so you can check whatever time you get here.
How to check out?
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:30 am. The apartment will be checked in the morning of your departure or on your last evening and your deposit will be reimbursed.
How can I book an apartment?
Please contact us by email or phone with your holiday dates, and return the booking form via email to us. After receipt of your deposit we will confirm your reservation.
How do I pay?
Bei Buchung ist eine Anzahlung per Überweisung zu leisten. Den Restbetrag kannst du vorab überweisen oder bei Ankunft bar bezahlen. Kurtaxe, Endreinigung und Kaution (€ 250) sind ausschließlich bei Ankunft in bar zu bezahlen.
With your booking we will ask you for a deposit via bank transfer. You will pay the rest via bank transfer 4 weeks prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival. Sorry we cannot accept credit cards. We kindly ask you to settle tourist tax, service charge and deposit € 250 in cash upon arrival.
May I bring my pet?
Sorry we do not allow any pets in Apartment Leonard and Emily’s Apartment.
Is the apartment suited for guests with allergies?
Yes, our apartments feature wooden floors, vinyl or tiles. We do not allow pets or smoking. We provide extra allergy-friendly duvets, if requested in advance (please state in your reservation).
Is smoking permitted?
No, our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Are towels included?
Yes, our service includes bed linen and towels. Please bring your own towels for visits to the pools or lakes.
